Q. What time is check in?
A. Check-in is from 4:00pm to 9:30pm. Please let us know if you will be late for arrival and we will try to make accommodations.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Sorry no pets at Stonegate.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. Each cabin has its own maximum number of people. It is very important that our guests disclose all of the people staying at the cabin or we will have to ask guests to leave.
Q. What is your visitor policy?
A. Remember this cabin is reserved only for only you. If you expect visitors please check with management so we can make sure we have enough parking for all our registered guests.
Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?
A. If you cancel your reservations less than 30 days in advance and the cabin cannot be re-rented for the cancelled period, you will forfeit your deposit. If you have paid in full and the cabin is not re-rented, you will forfeit all money that is pre-paid. If the cabin is re-rented, all money pre-paid will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. Stonegate on Superior cannot be held responsible for any weather condition or act of God. No refunds due to inclement weather.
Q. Do the cabins have TV's?
A. Stonegate on Superior is a quiet family resort. We intentionally do not have televisions so our guests can experience nature and each others company. We do have high speed internet at the resort for those who really have to stay connected!
Q. How do I get to Stonegate on Superior?
A. Stonegate is located north of Knife River on Scenic 61. As you drive north out of Duluth, you will have a choice of the expressway to Two Harbors or Scenic 61. If you take the expressway you will turn right at the Knife River exit, go to the stop sign and turn left 1.6 miles north to the resort. If you take Scenic 61 you will go 15 miles from the end of London Road. Stonegate is 1.6 miles north of the Knife River.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. Please fill out a reservation request form on this page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once you make the reservation request we will contact you if we have any questions. Please note the sub-total does not include taxes or additional guest charges. If you would prefer to talk to us directly you can call our office number from 9am to 9pm. Please no late night reservations we do like to sleep!
