General:
Rates listed above are for 2 persons. Each additional person over one year of age is $15.00 per night. State tax of 6.9% is additional.
All cabins are non-smoking and no pets, please.
Deposits:
Reservations require a 50% deposit when made over 30 days in advance. The balance is due on arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, your deposit is the total amount for your stay. Your deposit guarantees your reservation. In return, you will be expected to pay for all nights you reserved, whether you stay the entire time or not. Visa/Mastercard accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days in advance and the cabin cannot be re-rented for the cancelled period, you will forfeit your deposit. If you have paid in full and the cabin is not re-rented, you will forfeit all money prepaid. If the cabin is re-rented, all money pre-paid will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel or change a reservation more than 30 days in advance of your arrival, there is a $75 change/cancel fee.
